Military Department

According to the Disposal No.739 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 23, 2014, a Military Department was created at the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

In order to increase the potential of teachers, the composition of the teaching staff assigned to the department has been determined: senior teacher retired colonel Hasanov Huseingulu Hasanbala oglu; senior teacher retired colonel-lieutenant Eyyubov Murvat Tarikh oglu; teacher retired colonel-lieutenant Musayev Arzu Agil oghlu; teacher retired colonel-lieutenant Yunisov Mais Alakbar oglu; teacher captain Jabrailov Elnur Elman oghlu; teacher senior-lieutenant Huseinov Habil Akram oghlu, responsible executive ensign Naghıyeva Zulfiyya Mayil gizi.

At the department specializing in "Life Safety" and "Fire Safety," professional officer cadres are trained who are devoted to their homeland and people, acquiring theoretical knowledge and practical skills in their field, capable of organizing and managing combat operations in the institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, effectively using rescue tools and equipment, as well as machineries, properly organizing their operation and maintenance, organizing educational work with personnel, and ensuring strict compliance with established laws and rules.
