The main directions of activity of "Heydar Aliyev Center - Cultural Center"
Preparation of the work plan of the Central Museum and the Heydar Aliyev Center, their approval in a specified manner, constant communication with organizations, enterprises, departments, educational institutions and other organizations, organization of creative work among cadets studying at the academy, selection and identification of talented cadets, their artistic taste organizes programs, scenarios and educational events for the purpose of directly guiding the formation, effectively organizing the free time of trainees and employees.
In addition,

- the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev’s in-depth legacy study, the widespread promotion and comprehensive development of the statehood philosophy and deology of Azerbaijaniism among cadets and employees;
- Strengthening the sense of respect and loyalty to the traditions of independent statehood in cadets;
- Establishment and development of cooperation with other organisations and institutions related to study National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev’s legacy.
