Material-technical provision department

The Material-technical provision department carries out support work in all directions necessary for the activity of the Academy. The department organises its work in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and relevant orders of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The separate activities of the services, units and divisions within the department make up the complete work structure of the department.

- Weapon-ammunition service:

Provides weapons to cadets in the trainings and events organised according to the curriculum at the Academy.

- Apartment-exploitation unit:

Performs the implementation of utility (light, water, heating, etc.) needs of all administrative, dormitory and auxiliary household buildings built on the territory of the academy.

- Fuel-lubricant materials service:

It performs the work of providing fuel and lubricants according to the established norms for the proper operation of vehicles, generators and household equipment in the balance of the Academy and with the seasonal necessity

- Vehicle service:

Monitors exploitation of all vehicles in the balance of the Academy.

- Item service:

It fulfills the timely provision of clothing, bedding and bathroom equipment for the cadets studying at the Academy, as well as the provision of special uniforms for military and special rank employees in accordance with the established norms.

- Rations service:

It carries out daily food supply of cadets according to established norms. Controls the quality of food cooked in the canteen.
