International relations division

The International relations division, being one of the structural units of the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, is guided by The Constitution and Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, orders and decrees of the minister of emergency situations, the Charter of the Academy and other legal acts.

International relations mainly include exchange of experience in the field of staff training, science and education, organisation and holding of international scientific conferences, seminars, at the same time video conferences together with relevant institutions of foreign countries, participation of staff in such international events, and etc.

The main activity directions of the International relations division

• supporting the application of international education practice in the Academy;
• organisation of the signing of bilateral memorandums documents , agreements and contracts to develope mutual relations among foreign educational institutions and Academy;
• ensuring participation of Academy in international programs and projects;
• organisation of participation of cadets and staff in exchange programs and provide relevant information support;
• participation in studying the experience of relevant state institutions, organisations, educational institutions, international and regional scientific institutions of foreign countries in order to improve the structure of the Academy, to strengthen further material and technical base, to increase personnel training and to exchange information.
