Law division

Being one of the structural divisions of the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Law division is guided by The Constitution and Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, orders and decrees of the Minister of Emergency Situations, the Charter of the Academy and other legal acts.

It ensures anticipation of the legislation requirements, protection of military personnel, special rank and civilian employees legitimate legal interests.

The division participates in the resolution of legal issues related to the activity of the Academy, provides advice on the application of legislation, acts as a legal defender of the Academy. It organises the increase of legal knowledge among the personnel, conducts legal propaganda and constantly continues work in this direction.
