General department

The General department being one of the structural branches of the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, its activities are based on the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other legislative acts, orders of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, of the Academy and the instruction of the clerical guidance.

Activities of the department

The department is an independent structural branch of the Academy and is under the management of the Academy. The General department oversees the timely review of internal documents received and sent to the Academy, submission to the Academy management, registration and sending of documents as appropriate, proper preparation of documents and documentation control, and the execution of documents and the tasks contained in them.

The general department organises the reception of citizens, prepares monthly information and reports on the status of the execution of tasks, information on the progress of task execution for the management with quarterly analysis.
