The Human resources department being one of the structural branchs of the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, is guided by the Constitution and Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, orders and decrees of the minister of emergency situations, the Charter of the Academy and other legal acts

The main task of the Human resources department

Performs duties in the direction of ensuring the quality of the moral, ideological-political and educational work of the personnel, as well as ensuring the social and other rights of employees, trainees and regulars. In order to organize the activity of the Academy, the department played a special role in the preparation of drafts of normative legal acts in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and in the formation of highly qualified, professional scientific and pedagogical staff.
